Welcome to my website!
My yoga classes in Braunton restart on Thursday 4th January 2024. The class is in St Brannock’s Hall at 6.15pm. There is a new Tuesday morning class starting on Tuesday 9th January 9.30-10.30am, for this class i am asking that you commit to a block of classes. Please get in touch if you would like to join either class or just come along to the Thursday evening one. Suitable for all.
Watch this space for pop up workshops or Nidra classes online during winter months. (Restorative yoga and a long nidra (relaxation) no experience needed, if you wish to relax deeply this is for you.)
Massages and reiki healing sessions are available, just contact me and we can arrange a suitable time for us both. I am at Hands On Saturdays. You can book through their website or through me. I am also happy to visit your home if you prefer that.
If you are looking to learn more meditation, i highly recommend Burgs, the teacher from the art of meditation. I cannot recommend his teaching and the whole retreat highly enough. Truly amazing. Check out his site, he has inspirational stuff to listen to on there too.
“There is a light that shines beyond all things on earth, beyond us all, beyond the heavens, beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This is the light that shines in our heart.” The Chandogya Upanishad
I have been practicing the ancient art of Chavutti Thirumal (massage by foot pressure) since 2004 and this blissful full body massage is available in Braunton, and the other treatments I practice are portable so I can be more flexible and travel to you. I am really happy to share the healing art that is Lomilomi with you, if you are interested in this heart opening style of massage please get in touch. I work at Hands On Clinic in Braunton. I also work at a local yoga retreat near Barnstaple.
If you are looking for a Yoga class in Braunton or the surrounding areas, Woolacombe, Croyde, Georgeham, Barnstaple, give me a call and if I am not able to help I can always put you in touch with other local yoga teachers.
“Love can never be exclusive. The sun does not choose to shine on some flowers in the garden and not others. Love is inclusive and has many faces – caring, listening, sharing from the heart, accepting someone for what they are right now, are all acts of love, as long as you seek nothing in return. It all starts with acceptance of yourself – you’re just fine as you are right now, warts and all. It’s not that you will stay that way forever – but you might, if you don’t accept. The key to the greatest door called love is acceptance. First your self, then others (especially the ones you currently resist) and eventually…ALL.”
